Beschrieben wird der Abschnitt von Poznan ( Rudervereine bei km 243) bis zur Mündung in die Oder bei km 0. Der schiffbare Flußabschnitt ist ganzjährig befahrbar. Es gibt keine wasserbaulichen Hindernisse. Bis einige Kilometer oberhalb Schwerin a.d.Warthe geht es überwiegend durch bewaldete Landschaft. Von hier ab geht es durch Auenwälder. Ab der Netzemündung bei Santok ist Landschaft sehr flach. Ab hier fließt der Fluß in längeren Geradn Richtung Westen und ist ab Windstärke 4 recht anstrengend zu befahren.
