Eine Kette von Seen, die durch kurze Kanalabschnitte miteinander verbunden ist. Mit 26 Schleusen wird ein Höhenunterschied von 100m überwunden. Schleusenkosten 2010: ca. 500 SEK für alle Schleusen/Ruderboot. Achtung es wird teilweise nur einmal am Tag geschleust, manchmal zweimal. Im Oberlauf landschaflich sehr reizvoll durch die Berge rund um die Seen, im Unterlauf flacher und Schilflandschaften am Ufer.
